Trader's Diary

Expert opinion. You must start a trader’s diary before you start trading and then do a good job at keeping it. Updating the diary should act as part of your trading system, when you don't miss signals and don't forget to update the diary.

Expert opinion. Any format will work for the diary. Whatever is more convenient for you. Paper, electronic. The most important thing is that you should be able to see all your trades clearly, not only each of them separately, but rather the big picture.

Expert opinion. The key difference between the diary and the report from the terminal is the addition of descriptions and screenshots before opening trades. That is, you are able to see how you analyzed the situation at the moment of making a decision, and not based on history, while looking at the past.
